IT Issues USA was developed to help the everyday user with his or her pc.  All of these posts are situations I’ve seen while I’ve worked as a systems admin for different locations.  Hopefully this site will be your one stop shop for IT related issues.  I can’t stress enough that if you are using a company pc and your company provides helpdesk support, please use your helpdesk.

Above is a navigation bar that will help you filter your search on the site.  If you aren’t sure what category your problem lies in, I’ve also implimented an ALL ISSUES page that will have all of my posts placed on it.

As oppose to other sites like mine, I won’t hide my disclaimer in small print at the bottom of the page.  I want everyone to see it because I honestly don’t have the money be taken to court.

YOU ARE USING THIS PAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK.  ITISSUESUSA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO YOUR PC.

There are 10 types of people in this world; those who know binary… and those that don’t! 🙂

hi brian, it’s elly from work.

i have a hp 3520 deskjet /wireless and some it has lost connection. i was given my router name/p.w. but not sure what to do then. is the majority of the action i have to take on the little screen on the printer? or under printers devices (which isn’t showing this printer at all)
